2. Flight.Atlas data
Flight.Atlas is installed on a customer-managed server. Project locations, flight records, media paths, images, and operational data are stored in the customer’s environment. Solve Kinetic does not automatically receive that operational content. License activation and validation may send the license key and an installation identifier to our licensing provider so that the single-server license can be confirmed.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide the website and software, fulfill purchases, issue and validate licenses, respond to support requests, maintain security, diagnose problems, comply with law, and improve our products and documentation. We do not sell personal information or use Flight.Atlas operational data for advertising.
4. Service providers
We use service providers for website hosting, email, payment processing, licensing, and related operations. Gumroad acts as merchant of record for Flight.Atlas purchases and processes checkout and payment information under its own buyer terms and privacy policy. This website may also request fonts or other resources from third-party services, which can receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information we handle. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Customers are responsible for securing their Flight.Atlas server, network, VPN, accounts, backups, and media shares.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you, or object to certain uses, by contacting us. We will evaluate requests under applicable law and may retain information where required for licensing, transactions, security, or legal obligations. You may also exercise purchase-data rights directly with Gumroad where it controls that information.
8. Children
The website and Flight.Atlas are intended for business and professional users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
